Hello Everyone, Please check your "Ship To Address" in your JerseyCat Participant Record. (Staff Menu/ILL Admin/Maintain Your Participant Record) Be certain that the information is on 6 different lines in the following order.

Line one \x96 Velocity number and region

Library Name

Street Address

City

State

ZIP

If the information is not formatted in this way prior to our upgrade in August, you will need to reformat it after the upgrade.
