JerseyCat 3.5 Upgrade Scheduled for Tuesday Evening, January 26 JerseyCat will be upgraded the evening of January 26th. The following features will be part of this upgrade. This upgrade will be correcting various items that have been reported to Auto-Graphics over the past few months. Please note some added features you may want to use:

* When the NEED BY date for a request passes the request is placed in the EXPIRED status. You may now move this request to an APPROVED - SEND status if your customer still can use the material. The CANCEL option has been removed from the Status enu for EXPIRED requests, as selecting this option resulted in the generation of an error message.

* For Photocopy Request: If an article citation does not have the Volume, Issue, and Page numbers, the system will automatically put [not supplied] in the printed request. 

* Iluminar Patron Interface Changes and Improvements:

1. The List View will be seen by your customers by default on the Brief Record Display screen. This view will include sortable format type icons, book art (if available) for the item, and a "REQUEST THIS ITEM" button. This is a much more appealing page for your customers to use. If, by chance you do not like this view, you can change it back to the grid view easily.
2. If using the "Grid View" on the brief record display screen, the Media Type icons are now shown on the Iluminar Brief Record list screen and on the Full Record Displays. Your customers will be able to sort by format type.
3. Google Books Search and Electronic Resource Links are now operating from the Brief Record Display screen.
