We have created a new JerseyCat Help Desk to track your JerseyCat questions and help requests. This will assist JerseyCat Help Desk personnel monitor your needs and help us tally the number of help requests we receive each month.

You can find the new JerseyCat Help Desk portal at http://hp.jerseycat.org/portal. You may want to bookmark this page or add it to your favorites.

To submit a question or a help request go to http://hp.jerseycat.org/portal Enter your e-mail address Enter your question or help request. Click on Submit.

We will respond to you via the e-mail address you used when you logged in to the JerseyCat Help Desk portal.

I will put the link to the Help Desk on the JerseyCat blog at http://www.jerseycat.blogspot.com.
