The holidays are coming upon us and some libraries will be closing for extended weekends and extra days off. Please be certain that if you are unable to answer your Pending requests from other libraries FOR ANY REASON, you put your library on holiday in your participant record so requests will not come to your library. You simply need to enter the begin date and the end date of the time period you cannot answer requests. Please do not delay requests for 4 days by not answering them. Library customers are waiting for the materials they have requested.
