We are currently tinkering with the design of our record-keeping and take-home logs for our preschool & elementary Summer Reading Club. If you have a design that you think would work well in a library with teen volunteers helping over 1500 Summer Readers, we'd love to see it! Hi Fran, I had 2 very successful Pictionary nights at our library.  We used the cards from Pictionary, but not the game board.  Instead I broke the kids up into 2 teams.  I made score sheets which consisted of 2 columns of a repeated pattern of the categories. Each team took turns drawing or each of the respective categories.  One point was awarded for each correct answer, and two points in the difficult category.  For the “all play” category, I did the drawing while both teams tried to guess.& ...Continue Reading
