For libraries having problems logging in, here is some advice from ShareIt user group:   We found that the following worked with both Chrome and Firefox:   In your browser, delete your cookies from the last seven days (or back to before Thursday of last week) Close browser Reboot your computer Then you should be able to log in just fine and see your dashboard That’s worked for everyone I shared it with, at least.
