Marti included me on this ticket as well. Does using “Incognito mode” in Google Chrome alleviate this issue at all?

Since both Marti and I are having trouble replicating this issue is it possible that any of your libraries can generate a HAR file for us? That would give us more insight on this issue. Details on generating a HAR file (screenshotted below):
