Update on Statewide Electronic Resources July 9, 2013

This month and next will be transition months for statewide database access, as noted in the spreadsheet of FY14 resources: http://lll.njstatelib.org/news/2013/jul/03/database_selections_fy2014.

InfoGroup’s One Source was discontinued effective June 30, 2013. LibraryLinkNJ has negotiated a discount offer for New Jersey libraries available here: http://librarylinknj.org/discounts.

Frost and Sullivan access will end July 31, 2013.

Ebsco databases that will end on July 31, 2013 are:

Business Source Corporate, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition, History Reference Center, Legal Information Reference Center, Multilingual Health, Professional Development Collection, Science Reference Center and Topic Search

Ebsco databases that will change to a different level after July 31, 2013 are:

Business Source Premier will change to Business Source Elite MAS Complete will change to MAS Ultra Masterfile Complete will change to Masterfile Elite Novelist K-8 Plus will change to Novelist K-8 Novelist Plus will change to Novelist

Gale’s Career Transitions will end September 30, 2013.

The State Library will be working with our vendor Auto-Graphics to make the necessary changes to the Jersey Clicks portal. New URLs will also be provided to libraries as they are available.
