If you have questions or are experiencing problems with JerseyCat please email me first. If I can't fix the issue, I will forward it to the Auto-Graphics help desk. In most cases Auto-Graphics will respond directly to your library. Auto-Graphics usually responds within one business day, unless they are dealing with major upgrades or a system wide issue.

If you have a problem that has been submitted to Auto-Graphics and which has not been resolved within that time frame, please email me and I will follow up with them.
