These are changes from Auto-Graphics. The following message is forwarded from them:

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We will be moving IP addresses for the host known as “isoill.auto-graphics.com” on the night of November 19^th.  All external ISO ILL libraries should be using the hostname, not the IP address but if they don’t, the IP address will be moving from 199.245.140.141 to 69.80.202.100.  If the external ISO ILL libraries are using IP vs host name they should make their IP changes on the evening of November 19^th after 8PM PT or the morning of November 20^th prior to responding to any ISO ILL requests.  If they do not make the change their ILL requests will not be received by SHAREit.

 

If the library has configured its IOS ILL system using the host name no changes are required, but if the library configured its ISO ILL system with the IP address they will need to update their ISO ILL system.  I recommend that the libraries who use IP should convert over to the host name.  All but one code is set up for OCLC so you should be able to contact your OCLC support group to have them check to see how each account is configured, again if they are using IP I recommend that they switch to using the host name which can be done at any time prior to Nov 19^th.
