We are currently looking at the lender list issue.

 

However, for the missing fields, if you select the gear, you can choose which fields to display.  Once selected, your selections will be preserved.

 

Many of our libraries also had trouble logging in. For that issue, we found that the following worked with both Chrome and Firefox:  

1. In your browser, delete your cookies from the last seven days (or back to before Thursday of last week)
2. Close browser
3. Reboot your computer
4. Then you should be able to log in just fine and see your dashboard
