Our IT Department have confirmed that a problem with midnight processing that deletes items marked for completion failed for a second night in a row last evening. Our IT Manager noticed and attempted to precisely identify the source of the problem early this morning, but advised us that he needs to enlist the help of the A-G Development Staff. We’ll keep you posted on our progress to resolution.

There are also problems with loan requests being timed out. I have made AG aware of this as well.
