Auto-Graphics identified a problem/flaw with ISO messaging that is preventing returned out of state loans from being deleted. So far they have not been able to fix this problem. So, as a workaround, they went in and deleted any items that were in the return file prior to January of this year. If they are not able to fix the ISO problem so that returns are deleted one by one (as they should be) they will instead run the clean up every quarter. So, all returns older than this year should have been deleted from your file. If this is not the case, please let me know. And, as always, please email me directly - do not reply to this list.
