Auto-Graphics identified a problem/flaw with ISO messaging that is preventing returned out of state loans from being deleted. So far they have not been able to fix this problem. So, as a workaround, they went in and deleted any items that were in the return file prior to January of this year. If they are not able to fix the ISO problem so that returns are deleted one by one (as they should be) they will instead run the clean up every quarter. Libraries are having problems with the back button on JerseyCat. In some cases the button doesn't work at all, requiring user to go back to the menu to move to the desired page or file. And in some cases, the back button responds by sending the user back to the log in page.
